Behind Los Andes Coffee

Paula and Alejandra—two proud Colombians who came together in 2022 to create Los Andes Coffee. For us, coffee it’s a connection to our roots, our families, and our culture. Every cup tells a story of the mountains we grew up and the farmers whose dedication brings the best of Colombia to your table.

Los Andes Coffee is our way of sharing the rich flavors and traditions from our farms, and it’s our hope that each brew brings people together, just like it has for generations in Colombia.

From our family to yours, we’re honored to share this journey with you.

Our Story

At Los Andes Coffee, we proudly offer specialty coffee—handpicked, sustainably grown, and chemical-free for exceptional quality.

We use only high-grade beans, grown at high altitudes to enhance flavor complexity. On our family-owned farms, every step—from planting to harvesting—is carefully managed for consistency and excellence.

Beans are picked at peak ripeness, processed with precision to preserve unique flavors, and roasted in small batches to ensure a fresh, rich, and aromatic cup—far superior to the flat taste of mass-produced coffee.

Our Farmers

Carlos Ignacio Lopez is the heart behind our farms. With over 30 years of experience and a legacy spanning four generations, he blends passion, sustainability, and expertise to craft the rich, authentic flavors that define Los Andes Coffee.

Our Farms

La Mejorana and La Carmelita, located in the Andes mountains of Quindío, Colombia, at 1,450 meters above sea level. This elevation, combined with a mild climate averaging 18–22°C, provides ideal conditions for coffee cultivation.

Higher altitudes slow the growth of coffee cherries, allowing them to develop richer, more complex flavors, while climate ensures consistent quality.
